A Novel Peptide-Based SILAC Method to Identify the Posttranslational Modifications Provides Evidence for Unconventional Ubiquitination in the ER-Associated Degradation Pathway
The normalized light to heavy ratios, denoting the relative abundance of selected peptides, between high molecular weight regions of the gel (HMW: containing light ubiquitin-modified KR-TCRα) and low-molecular weight regions of the gel (LMW: containing heavy unmodified KR-TCRα). These results are representative of two independent experiments.
∧Indicates oxidized methionine.
