Overall workflow for label-free quantitation of Y190 and ΔYHB1 strains of S. cerevisiae using differential proteomics. Midlog phase cells were lysed and protein extracts were digested with trypsin (a), followed by LC-MS/MS runs in parallel mode (b) and statistical evaluation of results for identification and quantitation of identified proteins (c).
