Zeeman-Stark profiles of (a) , (b) , and (c) , obtained at typical divertor conditions with the simulation method accounting for time ordering (circles) or not (full line), and with the quasistatic approximation (dots). In each case, neglecting time ordering leads to a dramatic underestimation of the line broadening, and provides more structure.
