Raman Spectra of Quaternary CdS1−x−ySexTey Nanocrystals Embedded in Borosilicate Glass
Figure 1
First-order Raman spectra of borosilicate glass-embedded nanocrystals synthesized with roughly equal content of Se and Te () and a broad variation of S content (increasing from top to bottom). The spectra were measured at 295 K with excitation at = 647.1 nm. Vertical short-dashed lines correspond to the LO phonon frequencies of pure CdTe (162 cm−1), CdSe (208 cm−1), and CdS (305 cm−1) crystals.
