Map of the rice yellow mottle virus (RYMV) genome organization. The RNA genomic contained 4450 nucleotides organized into five protein-coding ORFs: ORF1, ORF2a, ORF2b, ORF3, and the newly identified ORFx. Each ORF codes for protein synthesis. Its 5′ end is connected with the protein VPg and the 3′ end has not been polyadenylated (from [36]).
