Multistep growth curves of TX08, MN07, and IL05 in MDCK cells. Confluent MDCK cells were infected at an MOI of 0.001 TCDI50/mL. Virus yields (log10 TCDI50/mL) at 6, 12, 24, and 48 h post infection were titrated in MDCK cells. The results are representative of two independent experiments.
