Cytolytic activity of T-effector cells against HER2-expressing 4T1 derivatives. C3 and C5 cell lines were chosen for this experiment. (a) Cytolytic activity as measured by the luciferase release (as LRU for luciferase release unit) after the HER2-expressing C3 and C5 cells was mixed with the T-effector cells that had been transduced with a chimeric T-cell receptor that can specifically recognize HER2.
