Novel Vitamin D Analogs for Prostate Cancer Therapy

<table>The dose-dependent effects of 1<i>α</i>,25(OH)<sub>2</sub>D<sub>3</sub> and MART-10 on LNCaP cell proliferation. LNCaP cells were treated with ethanol vehicle or the indicated concentrations of 1<i>α</i>,25(OH)<sub>2</sub>D<sub>3</sub> and MART-10 for one week and then trypsinized and cell counted with hemocytometer. The results are expressed as the percent of control of the means ± SD of 3 determinations from a representative experiment.
