Binding of MART-10 and 1𝛼,25(OH)₂D₃ to vitamin D binding protein (DBP). The binding affinity of 1𝛼,25(OH)₂D₃ and MART-10 to vitamin-D-binding protein (DBP) was determined by the displacement of [³H]-25(OH)D₃ from rat serum DBP by indicated concentrations of MART-10 and 1𝛼,25(OH)₂D₃. The results are expressed as the percentage of displaced [³H]-25(OH)D₃ (B) over total specific bound of [³H]-25(OH)D₃ (Bo).
