Novel Vitamin D Analogs for Prostate Cancer Therapy

Figure 6

Binding of MART-10 and 1 𝛼 ,25(OH)2D3 to vitamin D binding protein (DBP). The binding affinity of 1 𝛼 ,25(OH)2D3 and MART-10 to vitamin-D-binding protein (DBP) was determined by the displacement of [3H]-25(OH)D3 from rat serum DBP by indicated concentrations of MART-10 and 1 𝛼 ,25(OH)2D3. The results are expressed as the percentage of displaced [3H]-25(OH)D3 (B) over total specific bound of [3H]-25(OH)D3 (Bo).
