Effect of iNOS inhibitor, 1400W, cNOS inhibitor, L-NAME, and ascorbate on the ghrelin-(Gh-) induced changes in Akt kinase activity in gastric mucosal cell exposed to H. pylori LPS. The cells, preincubated with 30 μM 1400W (14W), 300 μM L-NAME (LN), or 300 μM ascorbate (As) were treated with Gh at 0.5 μg/ml and incubated for 16 h in the presence of 100 ng/ml LPS.
