Blood glucose levels in rats treated with either streptozotocin (30 mg/kg) or streptozotocin (30 mg/kg), carboxy-PTIO (10 mg), quercetin 5 mg and Tylenol 5 mg. There were 6 animals in the first group and 8 animals in the second group. See Table 1 for individual glucose values from first and second group animals. See Section 2 for assay details.
