A Novel Approach for a Toxicity Prediction Model of Environmental Pollutants by Using a Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship Method Based on Toxicogenomics

<table>IL-8 gene expression induced by the 54 chemicals and DEP in A549 cells. The A549 cells were exposed separately to each of the 54 chemicals or to DEP for 4 hours. Changes in the expression level of the IL-8 gene were measured by using the DNA microarray described under “Materials and methods." Data are presented as relative change fold (log2) to control cells. The results are based on 1 experiment.</table>
