(c) MRI shows a millimetric pseudonodular contrast-enhancement without sure substratum in morphologic sequences in the same region of Mx microcalcifications; it has been classified as MRI BI-RADS 4. (d) The time-intensity curve has heavy but not fast washin and subsequent plateau of contrast-enhancement. Histology conversely demonstrated a sclerosing adenosis.
