T4 | Solution heat treated and aged to a substantially stable condition. | The products are not worked at ambient temperature following solution heat treatment. The product properties cannot recognize the ambient temperature straightening and flattening effects. |
T5 | Cooled from an elevated temperature shaping process and artificially aged. | The products are not worked at ambient temperature following elevated temperature fabrication. The product properties cannot recognize the ambient temperature straightening and flattening effects. |
T6 | Solution heat treated and then artificially aged. | The products are not cold worked after solution heat-treatment or in which the effect of cold work in flattening or straightening may not be recognized in mechanical property limit. |
