Gene expression levels were determined using RT-PCR. In no. 1~5, 𝑛 = 1 3 in the wildtype littermate group; 𝑛 = 1 4 , in the individual polyp group; in no. 6~15, 𝑛 = 6 in the wildtype littermate group; 𝑛 = 1 0 in the individual polyp group. Significance was determined by t-test.
