Ejection fraction at 45 days showed a significant difference between the four groups (Welch’s ANOVA 𝑃=0.015). C Dunnett test for pairwise comparison was significant for combination versus sham (superiority at 0.05, mean of the difference = 15.2%) and adenosine versus sham (superiority at 0.05, mean of the difference = 14%).
