Extended waves (area 17.1^∘<𝜃₁<26.2^∘) are shown by violet, waveguide-type waves (𝜃₁>26.2° are shown by red, detached local (surface) modes are shown by blue and light blue (waveguide area). Energy interval (0, 0.5) eV, 𝑠 enumerates 1D modes, layer thickness: 𝑑₁=4.0 μm𝑑₂=1.0 μm (glass layers).
