<table>Proposed Hybrid Rule-Based Neurofuzzy (HRBNF) algorithm for extracting the gene interactions based on rules governing the gene expressions. The algorithm includes training with expression data (Stage 1) to extract the rules (Stage 2) which are sorted (Stage 3) to compare the rules and prior to be used for gene interaction analysis (Stage 4) and modelling the final gene network (Stage 5).</table>
