MS design algorithm (using bisection search).

Outer loop: Perform bisection search over 𝛼_1𝑐 to maximize the achievable weighted sum rate

𝑅_sum𝛼_1𝑐,𝛼_2𝑐. For each 𝛼_1𝑐, go to inner loop. The optimized 𝛼_1𝑐 and the corresponding

𝛼_{2𝑐,for𝛼1𝑐} and precoders are the solution to the MS design.

 Inner loop: For given 𝛼_{1𝑐_variable}, perform bisection search over 𝛼_2𝑐 to maximize the

𝑅_sum𝛼_{1𝑐_variable},𝛼_2𝑐. For each 𝛼_2𝑐, 𝑅_sum𝛼_{1𝑐_variable},𝛼_2𝑐 and the corresponding precoders

 are obtained by Algorithm 3. Record the optimized 𝛼_2𝑐 as 𝛼_{2𝑐,for𝛼1𝑐_variable}, and record

 the corresponding precoders.
