Lean and obese human preadipocytes were differentiated in vitro. Total RNA was collected on day 2. Real Time SYBR qPCR analysis of PKC𝛿VIII, SIRT1, FOXO1, adiponectin, and PPAR𝛾 was performed in triplicate and repeated 3 times in separate experiments.
