A plot of the dimensionless electronic specific heat (𝐶_el) in the DSC and DDW phases as a function of [(𝑘_𝐵𝑇/𝑡₁)log(𝑘_𝐵𝑇/𝑡₁)] and a second-degree polynomial fit (𝐶_el≈ −14.5830 + 3.9355[(𝑘_𝐵𝑇/𝑡₁)log(𝑘_𝐵𝑇/𝑡₁)]−0.0136[(𝑘_𝐵𝑇/𝑡₁)log(𝑘_𝐵𝑇/𝑡₁)]²). The anomalous temperature dependence of 𝐶_el is indicative of the non-Fermi liquid (NFL) behavior.
