Transcriptome Analysis of <i>Spermophilus lateralis</i> and <i>Spermophilus tridecemlineatus</i> Liver Does Not Suggest the Presence of Spermophilus-Liver-Specific Reference Genes

<table>Summary of materials and methods. Two datasets, GSE2021 and GSE2024, were obtained from NCBI GEO, and probes were ranked by coefficient of variation (CV). Probes with the lowest decile in terms of CV were identified from each dataset as CV10-2021 and CV10-2014, respectively.  The set of probes found in both CV10-2021 and CV10-2014 was identified as CV10-common. All 3 sets: CV10-2021, CV10-2014, and CV10-common, were analyzed by NormFinder [<a href="/journals/isrn/2013/361321/#B3">6</a>].</table>
