MIS treatment induces apoptosis and autophagy in endometriosis cells. Cells were lysed after MIS treatment at a concentration of 5 μg/mL, and expression of proteins was detected by Western blot analysis using specific antibodies against each protein. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
