The average water depth and coordinate of each sampling site is as follows: A1 (2.4 m, 26° 40.89′N, 81° 50.04′W), A2 (2.9 m, 26° 38.19′N, 81° 53.32′W), A3 (2.6 m, 26° 31.84′N, 81° 57.94′W), and A4 (4.1 m, 26° 28.83′N, 82° 03.64′W).
**Temp: surface water temperature. The temperature data on August 11, 2010, are adapted from the mean August data collected between 2004 and 2009 because of missing data.
