Striatal changes in proteins involved in axonal transport at different weeks after LPS injection. Levels of dynein and dynactin were reduced at 3 w. Levels of dynein were reduced at 6 w. At the same time, levels of β-tubulin were reduced in 2 early weeks. Optical densities of LPS injection conditions were normalized by the averaged value of saline injection. Data are shown as mean ± SD = 3~6, , versus saline group.
