Changes of BIS during each noxious stimuli. The median difference between BIS during moderate noxious stimuli (𝑋₁) and baseline 1 (𝐵₁) BIS and the difference between severe noxious stimuli (𝑋₂) and baseline 2 BIS (𝐵₂) were calculated as well as the IQR. The statistical difference between 𝑋₁ and 𝐵₁ (Δ1) and 𝑋₂ and 𝐵₂ (Δ2) was calculated with the Mann-Whitney 𝑈 Test.
