Differentiation of Human Dermal Mesenchymal Stem Cells into Cardiomyocytes by Treatment with 5-Azacytidine: Concept for Regenerative Therapy in Myocardial Infarction

							It gives the complete outline of the different sets of experiments carried out. In experiment set 1 hDMSCs were treated with 5-azacytidine at concentrations of 10 <i>μ</i>M and 20 <i>μ</i>M for 48 hours followed by culture in normal growth media for 15 days. In the second and third set of experiments the hDMSCs cells were provided with media containing 5-azacytidine (10 <i>μ</i>M and 20 <i>μ</i>M) for a period of 4 and 8 days, respectively. </table>
