Morphological appearance of CLMSCs. The fibroblast-like cells were observed after 12 days of primary culture (a). The third passage cells are relatively homologous (b). After adipogenic differentiation, cells formed lipid vacuoles in cytoplasm and captured red color with Oil Red staining (d). After hepatogenic differentiation, cells became slightly shorter and broader than CLMSCs and tended to form oval and round shapes (f). CLMSCs were cultured in the growth medium as negative control (c) and (e).
