Immunocytochemical analysis of hepatocyte-specific marker expression. CLMSCs were cultured in hepatocyte differentiation medium for 21 days ((b), (d), (f), and (h)) or in the growth medium as negative controls ((a), (c), (e), and (g)). They were stained with mouse Ab against the hepatocyte-specific markers ALB ((a) and (b)), AFP ((c) and (d)), CK18 ((e) and (f)), and CK19 ((g) and (h)). Then they were incubated with PE- or FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG. Cell nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342.
