Percentages of spleen CD4 and CD8 T cells stained positive for intracellular IL10 (a) and TGF-β (b) from C3 tumor-challenged mice at week five after challenge. Groups of mice were injected with PBS alone, vaccinated against HPV-E7 in DPX platform, or injected as CE vaccine. Spleen cells were stimulated for 72 h with E7 antigenic peptide (R9F, 5 μg/mL) and analyzed for intracellular cytokines using flow-cytometry.
