Dendrogram representing cluster analysis of 94 strains of R. leguminosarum based on 102 sequence-related amplified polymorphisms. Tree was constructed using UPGMA implemented in PAUP program 4 version [21]. Bootstraps values (1,000 replicates) are given at the branch nodes. Branches reproduced in less than 60% of bootstrap replicates were collapsed.
