Retention behavior of Hg²⁺, CH₃Hg⁺, and Cd²⁺ on a Gemini C18 RP-HPLC column (150 × 4.6 mm I.D.) at 37°C. Mobile phase: 5.0 mM GSH with 0–10 mM Cys in PBS buffer (pH 7.4). Flow rate: 1.0 mL/min.
