Change of Electrophysical Properties of Nanocrystalline SiC Films by Laser Treatment at Applied Electric Field

PL spectra in nc-SiC film depending on the intensity of the applied electric field. The excitation energy density = 24 mJ/cm². The electric field intensity was raised from 0 up to 1 × 10⁴ V/cm at a step of 5 × 10² V/cm.
