Effect of ZA on mRNA expression of inflammatory mediators. PC3 cells were treated with ZA at indicated concentration (0~25 μM) for 1, 3, and 6 days. After treatment, total RNA was extracted and cDNA was reverse-transcribed from mRNA for real-time PCR of IL-6 (a), COX-2 (b), and IL-1 (c). Experiments were performed in triplicate and the data were expressed as mean ± SD. compared with control.
