Effect of ZA on NF-κB mRNA expression. PC3 cells were treated with ZA at series concentration (0~25 μM) for indicated days. After treatment, the mRNA expression of NF-κB in ZA-treated PC3 cells was measured by real-time PCR. The expression of GAPDH was used as internal loading control. Experiments were performed in triplicate and the data were expressed as mean ± SD. compared with control group.
