Red represents sequences from strains isolated in Asia, green from strains isolated in South America, yellow from strains isolated in USA, and blue from strains isolated in Europe. The base of the network is formed by three haplotypes. Western and Eastern sequences are connected by the two most frequent haplotypes present.
