<table>Effect of inoculum on PGA production by<i> Bacillus licheniformis </i>T. Inoculum was developed in Luria broth: cells were collected by centrifugation and concentrated from respective volume (10, 30, and 50 mL) by centrifugation, supernatant was discarded and only pellet was used to inoculate production medium (20 g sodium citrate/l, 40 g glycerol/l in Bushnell and Hass medium base pH 7).</table>
