Pathogenicity comparison among the strains WUH2 and CH-1a. Forty-day-old PRRSV-free piglets were inoculated intramuscularly with 105.0 TCID50/2 mL of CH-1a and WUH2, respectively. Mean rectal temperature (a) and survival rate (b) of each group were recorded for 21 days after inoculation.
