Gel electrophoresis results of PCR products. The third time cell-flushing fluid and supernatant were collected after cultivation for 24 h and subjected to PCR analysis. Mycoplasma pneumoniae was detected in supernatant (Lane 2), but not in the cell-flushing fluid (Lane 3).
