Kappa test between the 2 ASCO/CAP versions is excellent: 0.96 (95% CI: 0.91–1.0). There are less equivocal results with the 2013 recommendations. E: equivocal, N: negative, and P: positive. Note: the decrease of equivocal FISH of the 2013. Two negative cases became positive because the means of HER2 gene were more than 4 copies. |
