Sedimentation coefficient distribution of WT-alaRS (4 μM) in native form and in the presence of different concentrations of urea. SEDFIT program was used to fit sedimentation velocity data. Considering continuous distribution model was considered for the fitting of data. The experiment was performed at 28,000 rpm centrifugation speed at 20°C.
