Nucleotide-dependent reprogramming of the mRNAs encoding ACC and LO relative to the fat content of peanut seedlings. The mRNA band intensities for ACC and LO were normalized based on GDH isoenzyme population, with the control as the value of 1.0. Fat analysis was done in duplicate on composited samples and the second results were the same as the first; and with reference to their GDH isoenzyme patterns [33].
