Comparison of two different tomato cultivars in response to Rhizoctonia solani infection by measuring lesion length at 14 days after inoculation (dpi). Tomato plants (36 plants/cultivar, including 12 replicate plants/cultivar and 3 repetition/cultivar) were used in this experiment. Statistical data analysis was carried out using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Different letters indicate significant differences between cultivars according to the Mann-Whitney comparison test ().
