Integrating Contemplative Tools into Biomedical Science Education and Research Training Programs

Contemplative practices allow the observer to gain multiple vantage points. For the biomedical scientist, this is akin to having more available data and impressions surrounding any issue. It has been likened to a person being able to occupy multiple seats in a baseball stadium simultaneously, thereby having a better view of an otherwise partially obstructed play [1].
