Supplementary Material

This is a copy of our anonymous survey completed by Internal Medicine residents for our study. Baseline resilience was assessed using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale. Residents were also surveyed on burnout, resilience training, and involvement in medical errors using LIkert scale questions.
