Enos gene expression in patients caryying different intron 4 VNTR genotypes. Box plots shows mRNA expression in (a) controls () and (b) cases () stratified based on VNTR polymorphism with aa, bb, and ab genotypes. There was a decrease in expression of eNOS in patients carrying aa genotype in group and an increase in eNOS expression in CAD+ patients. The differences were not significant .
