+20 (black) recorded in thin high salt tubes. Signals correspond to backbone
and side-chain NH or NH2 groups. There is no Trp in the pHtrII-cyt
sequence, so there are no resonances expected beyond 10 ppm. (b) Same as in (a)
measured in buffer D using the same type of NMR tubes.
