Measurements were performed within an AmpA concentration range from 0 to 10 μM with the HBM, and the 𝑡 -BLM and from 0 to 3 μM with the SLB. (b) Fluorescence emission intensity of NBD-DPPE incorporated in the lipid layers as a function of AmpA concentration at 𝑡 = 2 𝑠 after peptide injection. The fluorescence intensity was normalized at 100% for all the lipid layers before peptide injections.
