IT-141, a Polymer Micelle Encapsulating SN-38, Induces Tumor Regression in Multiple Colorectal Cancer Models

Figure 3

Antitumor efficacy of IT-141 in colorectal cancer xenograft models. (a) HT-29 tumor-bearing mice (eight mice per group) were injected intravenously with ITP-101 alone (300 mg/kg), IT-141 (30 mg/kg), or irinotecan (60 mg/kg) on a Q4D × 3 schedule. (b) HT-29 tumor-bearing mice (seven mice per group) were injected with 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 45 mg/kg of IT-141 along with a saline control group. (c) HCT-116 tumor-bearing mice (six mice per group) were injected with 5, 15, or 30 mg/kg of IT-141 along with saline and ITP-101 control. Asterisks denote that treatment group is statistically different from control group ( ). Arrows indicate days of injection (days 0, 4, and 8). Data are presented as mean tumor volume ± standard error.
