Native and Complexed IGF-1: Biodistribution and Pharmacokinetics in Infantile Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis

<table><i>In vitro</i> release of 125-I labelled IGF-1 from nanoparticles. 20% of the IGF-1 was burst immediately after mixing with mouse plasma and 50% was released after 20 minutes incubation at 37°C. Only 15% was released between 20 and 240 min time points.</table>
